At Mahira Gallery, we want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-Day Refund and Exchange Policy to ensure a smooth and convenient shopping experience.

 

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

You can request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In its original condition, with tags and packaging intact

  • Accompanied by the original invoice

Refund Policy

  • If you wish to return your item for a refund, you may do so within 7 days of delivery.

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, our team will contact you to obtain your bank account details.

  • The refund will be processed within 24 hours after the return is approved and will be transferred directly to your bank account.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are also accepted within 7 days for size, color, or product change.

  • If the requested item for exchange is out of stock, our team will offer you an alternative product or a store credit.

  • Exchange requests must also include the original invoice and a short note stating the reason for exchange.

Return Shipping Guidelines

  • The customer is responsible for returning the item(s) via a traceable courier service (courier or registered post).

  • Return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer.

How to Initiate a Refund or Exchange

1. Repack Your Item(s)
 Ensure the items are securely packed with all original tags and invoice.

2. Send via Traceable Courier
 Use a reliable courier service and send the parcel to our returns address.

3. Contact Our Support Team
 For refunds, once your parcel is received, we will reach out to collect your bank details and process the refund within 24 hours.
